AU GRASTIN POTATOES
2 LBS FROZEN HASH BROWNS
1 tsp. SALT
¼ tsp. PEPPER
1 PT. SOUR CREAM
2 C. CORN FLAKES
½ C. BUTTER, MELTED
½ tsp ONION CHOPPED
2 C GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
¼ C. MELTED BUTTER
DEFROST POTATOES AND MIX ALL EXCEPT ¼ C BUTTER AND CRUMBS WHICH YOU MIX TOGETHER AND PUT ON TOP IN 2 QT. CASSEROLE
BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES
