Beef Moroccan With Couscous Recipe
Moroccan Beef with Couscous

Ingredients -
1.5 pounds beef cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons of dired coriander
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
12 cloves of garlic
3 slices lemon, cut in half
2 large tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 large onions
3 cups hot cooked couscous

Directions -
Heat oven to 325F
Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake 2 to 2.5 hrs or until beef is very tender.
