Corn Bread
Ingredients - 1.25 cups of flour 0.75 cups of yellow corn meal 2 to 4 tablespoons of sugar (optional) 4.5 teaspoons of baking powder 1 tsp salt (or less) 1 egg 2/3 cup of milk 1/3 cup of melted butter
Method 1. Heat oven to 425F and grease 8"*8"*2" pan. 2. Combine flour, corne meal, sugar, baking powder salt. 3. In another bowl, beat egg, stir in milk, butter. 4. Pour liquid into flour stirring with a fork until just moistened. 5. Transfer to greased pan and bake 25 minutes or until done.
