(MAKES A DOUBLE BATCH)
10 SLICES OF WHITE BREAD-CRUST REMOVED
1 LB. HAM
½ LB CHEESE-SLICED (SWISS, HARVARTI)
8 EGGS
4 C. MILK
2 t. ONION SALT
SALT, PEPPER
MUSTARD
REMOVE CRUST FROM BREAD. MAKE LITTLE SANDWICHES, MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER SANDWICHES. BAKE IN A BUTTERED DISH 325 (350 IF GLASS) 50 TO 60 MINS.
