Cake Blueberry Crumb Recipe
Crumb-Topped Blueberry Cake
Ingredients - 2 cups flour 2/3 cup sugar 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 cup butter melted 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cups of whole blueberries Crumb topping - 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 4 tbsp soft butter, 1 cup chopped walnuts, mixture evenly blended and crumbly.
Steps
In large mixing bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. In large measuring cup combine eggs, milk, butter and lemon juice. Combine liquid and solid ingredients and stir until blended. Turn into buttered 13"*9" baking dish. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over batter. Sprinkle crumb topping on top. Bake at 375F for 40 to 45min.
