Chicken Breaded Recipe

Breaded Chicken
(George)
package of chicken breasts, slightly tenderized, and "fileted" (cut once in half lengthwise to make 2 thinner filets)
italian bread crumbs
1 egg
cheese (romano, parmesan, fontina, mozzarella)
Preheat the oven to 375 (our oven)
Dip chicken breast in egg, roll in the breadcrumbs, and lay out on a cookie sheet. (Might want to use aluminum foil)
Bake for 15 minutes (max?) - don't need to flip them.
If using cheese, add on during the last 5 minutes to allow it to melt.
