Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
1.5 pounds/ 2 whole chicken breasts
4 thin slices of fully cooked ham
4 thin slices of Swiss Cheese
0.25 cups of flour
0.25 teaspoons of salt
0.25 teaspoons of pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of water
wooden pick.

Steps
Cut breasts in half. Flatten each half to 1/4 inch thickness
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
Roll up carefully, beginning at the narrow end.
Secure the roll with a wooden pick.
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat rolls in flour mixture. Dip in Egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Cook rolls in a 10-inch skillet in light oil at medium heat until light brown.
Add water, Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or unitl juices run clear.
