Poutinesca Recipe
start with 2 baseball size onions chopped fine and sauted in olive oil for a while until very soft, add 4 cloves garlic chopped.
add large can of crushed tomatoes and 1-2 cups of red wine, salt, pepper, heaping tbsp of oregano and basil then, 30ish diced kalamata olives, 1/2 diced sun dried tomatoes, 2-3 tsp capers. simmer for 30 minutes.
